Favourite Picks of New York Fashion Week - Part Two

NY Fashion Week... yep, it's still going. More trends are emerging (mint green, high waisted flares, drapery and airy prints are just a few of the other regular features I've noted myself), several celebrities are running a fine line between proving their fashion worth and just plain suffering from front row overexposure (Leigh Lezark and Jessica Szohr spring to mind) and Andre Leon Talley... is wearing shorts. All in all, everything seems to be in order, even with the move from Bryant Park to the Lincoln Centre.

As for the actual collections, I'm still personally favouring the minimal, which seems to be the majority. The eagle-eyed amongst you may notice that I've selected 10 looks here from ADAM, rather than my ubiquitous five. That's because frankly, I found it an incredibly harrowing task to even pick just 10, akin to avoiding entering the Magnolia Bakery when I walk past (I of little to no willpower when it comes to cake and clothing). So far, ADAM is my favourite collection of New York. However, honourable mention must go to Reem Acra, which seems to be growing a teeny bit cooler with every collection, whilst still maintaining the epitome of luxurious girly-ness. Very nice, very wearable ( a sentence that no doubt describes 80 percent of SS11 so far).
